PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective position information management system.SOLUTION: The position information management system includes: an outdoor position information receiving device; a communication device installed in an indoor location; a radio terminal having identification information and communicating with the communication device; and a management server for managing a position of the radio terminal. The management server includes: storage means for storing a distance between an installation position of the outdoor position information receiving device and an installation position of the communication device; receiving means for receiving outdoor position information on the outdoor position information receiving device, from the outdoor position information receiving device; position information calculation means for calculating outdoor position information on the communication device on the basis of the outdoor position information and the distance; and transmission means for transmitting the outdoor position information on the communication device to the communication device.
