The apparatus has cover which is bonded to the inner pages of the printed matter in which adhesive bond layer is attached. A forcing stand is moved along perpendicular direction and horizontal direction. The forcing rail is slide along vertical translation motion with respect to conveyance direction. The drive device is arranged corresponding to forcing rail. The drive device is coupled with the forcing stand through connection element. The forcing stand is provided along the horizontal direction.
