The present invention relates to a multi-use coaxial cable and a crime and a disaster preventing system using a cable. Multipurpose cables are integrated in one product to be easily used. When force or vibration impact is generated, the change of static charges compensates the defect of a low coaxial cable and arranges a penetrant detection cable in a line or in a twisted shape. When an external physical force is applied, the change value of capacitance due to vibration is increased so that external intrusion can be quickly and accurately determined. |
