OPTICAL METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS OF INSTRUMENT III-N STRUCTURES IN OPERATION CONDITIONS

An optical method for the determination of distribution temperature in functional elements of instrumental III-N structures in operation conditions consists in that the sample under investigation with contacts connected to it is placed on motorized table of microscope equipped with USB camera and contact wire line, through the microscope lens the section for study is selected, its boundaries are determined in programmed way, and vibration bands of Raman scattering (RS) are excited. The RS spectra by means of spectrometer are registered from the point to point of the section selected in the Stokes-anti-Stokes mode, the temperature value in the functional elements under investigation is determined from mathematics.
