The method for diagnosing hematuria syndrome in the diseases of the kidneys in the children comprises the assays performed in blood and urine. In blood, the erythrocyte content of malonic dialdehyde is measured. In urine, the content of β-microglobuline, the activities of cholinesterase and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase are measured. When the values for malonic dialdehyde, β-microglobuline and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase are deviated from the normal ones, non-glomerular hematuria is diagnosed. When the values for malonic dialdehyde and cholinesterase are deviated from the normal ones, glomerular hematuria is diagnosed. |
