Nucleic acid sequence comprising pW1a of SEQ ID NO: 1 (a 1383 base pair sequence fully defined in the specification) and pW1b of SEQ ID NO: 2 (a 1189 base pair sequence fully defined in the specification) and its derivative of pW1a, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) promoter of homologous copies of CaWRKY1 such as CaWRKY1a and CaWRKY1b having SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2 and its derivative; (2) a system for expressing an interest gene in plant comprising the sequence of the gene controlled by a sequence or promoter; (3) gene expression vector comprising the sequence of the gene controlled by a sequence or promoter; (4) plant cell transfected by a system or a vector; and (5) transgenic plant transfected by a system or a vector.
