The contour of the through-hole (21) viewed from the through direction is formed from a large-diameter circle (31), a small-diameter circle (33) having a radius smaller than that of the large-diameter circle, and two tangent lines (35, 37) each of which is in contact with the two circles, the small-diameter circle being positioned nearer the weld part than is the large-diameter circle. |
