PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily print a thick film pattern with high quality by suppressing floating of a pressure head resulting from pressurization to printing paste.SOLUTION: There is provided a screen printing machine which pushes out printing paste 3 accumulated inside a pressure cartridge head 2 on a printing object 6 arranged on the other surface side of a screen mask 1 via a slit-like mask opening 1c provided in the screen mask 1 by sliding the pressure cartridge head 2 on the screen mask 1 while pressurizing the printing paste 3 and performs printing. The pressure cartridge head 2 has a slit-like ejection opening 5a for ejecting the printing paste 3, at a part corresponding to the slit-like mask opening 1c on the opposite surface with the screen mask 1 and the ejection opening is not formed at least at a part of a part which does not correspond to the slit-like mask opening 1c in a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction of the pressure cartridge head 2 in a surface direction of the screen mask 1 in printing.
