PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has excellent scratch resistance, as well as excellent durability due to high adhesiveness between a first layer and second layer arranged at an outer surface.SOLUTION: A laminate 1 comprises: a first layer 3 which is laminated to at least a partial region of a surface 2a at one side of a resin substrate 2; and a second layer 4 which is laminated to at least a partial region of the other surface 3b of the first layer 3. In the laminate 1, the first layer 3 is a layer obtained by curing a first composition comprising at least one of a monomer, oligomer and polymer having a polymerizable double bond and an alkoxysilane compound; and the second layer 4 is a cured material of a second composition comprising a polymer having a repeating unit represented by a general formula (2) and an alkoxide compound of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ti, Al, Zr and Sn. |
