PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device in which a junction area between a lid and a crystal oscillator mounting package is secured while securing a vibration space of a crystal oscillator.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator mounting package 1 includes an insulating base 10 having a side wall part 102 and an upper surface including a recess 101 which is surrounded by the side wall part 102 and has a crystal oscillator mounting region. The area of an opening surrounded by the side wall part 102 in a plan view is smaller than the area of a bottom surface 103 of the recess 101. The area of an upper surface of the side wall part 102 can be increased while securing the size of the area of the bottom surface 103 of the recess 101. Since a junction area between a lid 4 and the crystal oscillator mounting package 1 can be secured while securing a vibration space of a crystal oscillator 2 on the bottom surface 103 side of the recess 101, joining strength between the lid 4 and the crystal oscillator mounting package 1 can be improved. |
