The device (1) has a gearbox with a gear wheel for transferring torque and a clutch device (6) for transmitting the torque to cooperate with the gear wheel. The device is arranged in a stationary housing, and the clutch device cooperates with the stationary housing. The clutch device is frictionally engaged with the housing. A planetary gear (10) is provided for transfer of torque. The planetary gear comprises sun gears (12,22), planet gears (14,24), a planet pinion carrier (16) and a ring gear (18).
