FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the alcohol industry. The method involves mixing crushed starch-containing material with water in the presence of amylolytic enzyme preparations, heat treatment of the mixture in hydrodynamic and enzymatic treatment apparatus, heating in a contact head to 108-110°C and cooking in a column-type apparatus.
