PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle power control device, in which an electric power is outputted to the side of a main engine battery Bm by operating a booster circuit 32a while avoiding the drop of the reliability of a sub battery Bsb under the situations where the generated electric power Psp of the sunlight panel 50 is determined according to maximum electric power point tracking control by the operation of a step-down converter 34.SOLUTION: A main engine battery Bm is charged by using a booster circuit 32a as a result that the total amount of a generated electric power Psp to be charged into a sub battery Bsb exceeds a predetermined level. The output electric power Pbc of the booster circuit 32a is guarded by an upper limit guard value Pbcmax. The upper limit guard value Pbcmax is set at or lower than the sum of the output power Psp of a solar panel 50 and the allowable maximum output power Winsb of the sub battery Bsb. |
