PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film excellent in transparency, adhesive property and toughness of film, working characteristics, insulation properties and non corrosion properties and having improved heat resistance and appropriate melt viscosity.SOLUTION: A film consisting of a resin composition containing a polyvinyl acetal resin (A), a plasticizer (B), and an amorphous polymer (C) has a mass ratio of the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) and the amorphous polymer (C) of 70:30 to 35:65, and a ratio of storage elastic modulus at 25°C (E'@25°C) and storage elastic modulus at 100°C (E'@100°C), (E'@25°C/E'@100°C) of 75 or less. |
