PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet integrated structure of a thin film solar cell having excellent reliability and durability, and the layout of installation site of which is free.SOLUTION: A trim member 2 is attached to a thin film solar cell 1 along the outer peripheral edge thereof. The trim member 2 is composed of a resin material or a rubber material that can be integrated with a resin sheet or a rubber sheet laid on the installation surface of the thin film solar cell 1. A frame 20 covering the outer peripheral edge of the thin film solar cell 1 consecutively is formed by the trim member 2. The thin film solar cell 1 is integrated with the sheet via the frame 20, and a drainage capable of draining rain water is provided in the frame 20, by cutting out a portion of the trim member 2 covering the upper surface of the thin film solar cell 1. |
