[Abstract] [Problem] To provide a concentration measurement method in which measured values are not affected even when the temperature of the atmosphere in which a heat-resistor element is positioned changes. [Solution] To set a concentration-related voltage value by subtracting an established base value from the voltage value at both ends of a heat-resistor element (1, 1c), and set a characteristic-voltage-detection time to be the time when the concentration-related voltage value equals the pre-set characteristic voltage value, making it possible to obtain a characteristic voltage value which makes the characteristic-voltage detection time the same even when measuring in an atmosphere where the concentration of the gas to be measured is the same but the temperature thereof is different. As a result, it is possible to measure concentration with a high degree of accuracy without being affected by temperature.
|
