Addressing system for multiplex digital television services in hotel, hospital and similar bedrooms and an anti-tampering system applied to said addressing system. The addressing system can be used for easy and inexpensive addressing of PPV/VOD services in the headends of hotels and hospitals, which is fully compatible with standard commercially available television sets installed in rooms and blocked following pretuning. The anti-intrusion system for the addressing system prevents fraudulent users from receiving services by replacing the television sets of the facility with other unblocked standard television sets. In order that both systems can be used with standard television sets without manipulations or additional devices, use is made of DVBT-COFM or DVBC-QAM modulation with a manipulation of the international standard tables MPEG2, H264 and/or DVB, following initial pretuning of the television sets, and optionally a tamperproof TV socket or DVB/CSA encoding with generic password.
