The present invention relates to an additive adding double cap and, specifically, to an additive adding double cap which enables users to add additives inside an upper cap into a beverage container by rotating the upper cap. According to the present invention, the additive adding double cap includes the upper cap (100) with two or more grooves (130); the tubular container (300) with two or more protrusions (310) engaged with the grooves (130) to be fixed to the grooves (130) at the tubular part (120) of the upper cap (100); and a lower cap (200) with an accepting part (220) from which a protrusion (240) made of a sealed through-hole (242) protrudes by the bottom when the tubular container (300) descends. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent additives from being unexpectedly added to beverages by enabling users to add additives to beverages by rotating the upper cap; to facilitate the storage of beverages without being affected by lights and external temperatures; and to make beverages good to drink.
