The present invention relates to an anti-inflmmatory or anti-allergic composition comprising extracts of green tea callus and to a method for preparing extracts of the green tea callus. The anti-inflmmatory or anti-allergic composition comprising extracts of green tea callus maximizes anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities by mass culturing the callus using an air bubble bioreactor after inducing and proliferating the callus from green tea seeds and manufactures green tea callus extracts having the anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities. The green tea callus extracts have enhanced effects of cytotoxicity reduction, suppression of IL-1a and IL-6 expression, suppression of Total NO production, suppression of β-hexosaminidase A production using human body derived keratinocytes and mouse derived raw 264.7 macrophagocytes so that the green tea callus extracts can be used for the composition for preventing and alleviating allergies and inflmmation and can be used as various typed external comsmetic materials.
