<p>A guitar rack comprises a hook at one end of an arm and a claw at the other. The unit hooks under the handle 2 of the amp 1 and has an arm 4 running across the top of the amp to the side where the rack section is located. The rack section 5 is like a conventional guitar rack commonly used in music shop displays where the guitar hangs by its headstock. The downwards force of the guitar pulls upwards on the amp handle and secures it in place. Preferably constructed from steel or strong plastic and featuring an extendable arm section for various size amps. Possible variations include a unit accommodating two guitars back to back, and a karabiner style gate clip on the hook. Arms 6 extending to the sides of the rack provide extra stability.</p> |
