The present invention relates to a cancer diagnosis marker of fusion proteins containing tumor protein D52-like 1 (TPD52L1) and/or a use thereof as a treatment target. The present invention provides: the fusion protein containing TPD52L1; a composition for diagnosing cancer containing a molecule specifically binding to the fusion protein; a method of providing information for the cancer diagnosis using the same; a composition for preventing and/or treating cancer containing an inhibitor of the fusion protein; and a cancer treatment screening method using the fusion protein.
