PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can register a new user while reducing a load on an administrator.SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 which performs printing of input print data 70 when user authentication succeeds, comprises: an input unit 114 which receives input of first identification information (Card ID); and a control unit 11 which performs control on the basis of the input received in the input unit 114. When first authentication information for user authentication is not yet registered, the control unit 11 stores the first identification information (Card ID) acquired by the input unit 114 and second identification information (User ID) acquired on the basis of the print data 70 as authentication information to be used for user authentication. |
