PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a bar code displayed on a display of a portable terminal not being capable of being read by a normal bar code reader, a need existing to find a place capable of reading the bar code or not being capable of charge payment when no such shop exists although technology is disclosed for transmitting the bar code for payment of such as an electric bill and carrying out payment of charge using the bar code.SOLUTION: A use charge collection system is provided including a database of addresses of such as convenience stores capable of collecting use charge by using a bar code (electronic payment request) distributed by mail and a function capable of carrying out distribution of the bar code for use charge collection by such as mail when determined that the convenience store capable of collecting the use charge by the collection method is in the vicinity of a user by comparative determination with a user's address. |
