PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage comparison circuit that can directly compare various supply voltages while preventing an output from chattering.SOLUTION: The voltage comparison circuit includes: a PMOS transistor DIP1 connected between a supply voltage VDD1 and a node NDD; an NMOS transistor CMN1 connected between the node NDD and a ground potential VSS; a PMOS transistor RP1 connected between a supply voltage VDD2 and a node NRD and operable in accordance with a voltage of the node NDD connected to a control terminal; an NMOS transistor CMN2 connected between the node NRD and the ground potential VSS; a CMOS inverter connected to the node NRD; and a Schmitt circuit 12 for changing an operation threshold of the latter PMOS transistor in accordance with an output of the inverter. |
