PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music performance device capable of allowing a user to suitably keep rhythm in spite of setting a playing speed.SOLUTION: The music performance device includes: output speed setting means 58 that sets output speed of a music data; and play sound addition means 60 that, when the output speed set by the output speed setting means 58 is slower than a predetermined threshold value, adds play sounds of a music instrument different from a predetermined music instrument at uniform time intervals between the neighboring output timings of the play sounds of the predetermined music instrument in a music data. By adding play sounds between play sounds of the predetermined music instrument at uniform time intervals to keep rhythm, even when, for example, the output speed is set extremely slow, the user can easily keep the rhythm. |
