PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplex sliding door device capable of opening/closing a doorway with a first sliding door and a second sliding door interlocked with each other and improving appearance by reducing the height dimension of an inspection panel, while excellent in durability and capable of performing smooth opening/closing operation over a long term.SOLUTION: A first sliding door 1 is suspended through a first suspension wheel 13 from a first upper rail 10, and a second sliding door 2 is suspended through a second suspension wheel 15 from a second upper rail 11. A storage space 18 is formed in the second sliding door 2, and the first sliding door 1 which retracts when opening a doorway is stored in the storage space 18. The first upper rail 10 and the second upper rail 11 are mounted respectively on both surface sides of a rail mounting member 9 arranged in the upper part of the first sliding door 1 and the second sliding door 2 in such a manner as to be paired. |
