If treating crops not containing taurine with the culture solution containing taurin according to the present invention when cultivating the crops, sweetness, flesh hardness, sizes, fruit color, production amount, resistance and immunity for pathogens of crops, and cell differentiation of plants, flower bud differentiation, and rooting can be promoted and cultivation amount of the crops can be increased.
