The nail has an anchor rod (1) extended by a head (2), and a radio frequency tag capable of interacting with a remote device. The radio frequency tag includes a memory that stores a unique identification number of the nail, where the nail is made of a plastic material. The anchor rod includes a tapered section (5) converging towards the base of the nail, so as to form an anti-pulling anchor. A label extends from the top of the head in a plane containing the axis of the rod, where the label presents visual information of identification of the nail. An independent claim is also included for a land survey system.
