<p>The device comprises a heat exchanger placed in a well that is clogged by a composition including greater than 99% of aluminum oxide. The aluminum oxide is tubular calcined white corundum aluminum oxide in powder form. The particle size distribution of the aluminum oxide is 70 mu m to 5 mm. The well includes 25-500 kg/m 3> of aluminum oxide. The well has a depth of 5-50 m and volume of 0.3-150 m 3>. The well is blocked only by the composition.</p>
