PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for achieving a structure where destruction of insulation between a casing and an internal circuit caused by collision shocks is difficult at low cost regarding an electric vehicle inverter.SOLUTION: In the arrangement structure of an inverter 2, in the arrangement of an engine compartment 90a, the thick part of an insulation film is positioned in the inner surface of an inverter casing facing an auxiliary machine such as a radiator 96 having a metal casing and an engine 94, and the thin part of the insulation film is positioned in the inner surface of the inverter casing facing an auxiliary machine such as a relay box 97 having a resin casing. The thick part of the insulation film is positioned in a part contacted with a high-hardness member such as an auxiliary machine having a metal casing. Thus, insulation destruction is difficult to occur even when collision shocks cause destruction or deformation of the casing or removal of an internal high-voltage circuit. In a part contacted with a low-hardness member such as an auxiliary machine having a resin casing, the thin part of the insulation film is positioned to reduce the amount of a used insulation material. |
