The present invention relates to a bottle cap where a pressure maintaining nozzle is formed and a manufacturing method thereof. Since an existing technique for discharging gas has complex inner composition, is unable to completely prevent outer air from being injected into a gas discharge hole and is unhygienic due to contents coming out from the discharge hole, the present invention is composed of a nozzle supporting case, a silicon nozzle, a guide ring, and a nozzle protection cap for being used as a container capable of storing fermented food by replacing only caps because the present invention is manufactured in various sizes according to the size of the caps of containers such as plastic bottles or beverage bottles which have a certain size and are easy to obtain. Also, the present invention can prevent the decay of contents by blocking the outer air, is hygienic since the discharging hole is not stained with the contents when the contents are being discharged and can reduce manufacturing costs due to a simple structure. |
