Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a nanostructure for forming a superhydrophobic and superoleophobic surface. The method for manufacturing a nanostructure according to one embodiment of the present invention for forming a superhydrophobic and superoleophobic surface includes a first step of forming an intermediate layer on the surface of a substrate and forming a nanopattern on the top of the intermediate layer and a second step of forming the width of the intermediate layer smaller than the width of the nanopattern by processing the intermediate layer or the intermediate layer and the nanopattern.
