摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a component orthogonal to a radar visual line direction of target speed without executing FrFT processing requiring a lot of operation quantities.SOLUTION: A moving target along-track velocity estimation part 13 comprises: an azimuth window processing part 13a cutting an azimuth line signal containing a moving target signal out of an SAR image; an azimuth decompression part 13b executing azimuth decompression processing; a processing pulse number calculation part 13c extracting a pulse including the moving target signal from a signal subjected to azimuth decompression; a per-pulse ATI part 13d executing ATI processing for each pulse and calculating a history of a phase difference; a phase difference change rate calculation part 13e calculating a change rate of the phase difference by applying a straight line to the history of the phase difference; and a phase difference change rate velocity conversion part 13f estimating the moving target along-track velocity from the change rate of the phase difference.
