PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency in a heat exchange system using heat pumps.SOLUTION: A heat exchange system 1 comprises: first piping L1 where a first sugar solution F1 sequentially flows through a plurality of sections S11-S14; second piping L2 where a second sugar solution F2 sequentially flows through a plurality of sections S21-S24; and a plurality of heat pumps HP1-HP4. The plurality of heat pumps HP1-HP4 receive heat from at least one of the sections S11-S14 of the first piping L1 and release the heat to the plurality of sections S21-S24 of the second piping L2 respectively, or receive heat from the plurality of sections S11-S14 of the first piping L1 respectively and release the heat to at least one of the sections S21-S24 of the second piping L2. |
