The present invention provides a method for selectively activating a magnetic nanoparticle having a spiral structure. A method for selectively activating a magnetic nanoparticle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: providing a magnetic nanoparticle having a spiral structure; applying a first magnetic field to the magnetic nanoparticle so that the magnetic nanoparticle has a resonance frequency; and applying a second magnetic field having a resonance frequency to the magnetic nanoparticle so as to activate the magnetic nanoparticle.
