The present invention relates to an aseptic case having a sterilized pass box. The aseptic case of the present invention comprises: an aseptic box main body shaped in a box having movable wheels formed at the bottom surface and an inner space closed by an observation door, wherein the air is supplied to or exhausted from the inner space of the aseptic box main body according to the control of a controller; a cage accommodated in the inner space of the aseptic case main body and accommodating experimental animals grown therein; a carrying-in pass box installed at one side of the aseptic case main body to be connected with the inner space of the aseptic case main body and having an inner space to which the experimental animals grown in the cage are carried in; a carrying-out pass box installed at the other side of the aseptic case main body to be connected with the inner space of the aseptic case main body and having an inner space from which the experimental animals are carried out; and a sterilizer installed inside the aseptic case main body to be connected with the inner space of the carrying-out box and sterilizing the contaminants carried out to the inner space of the carrying-out box. According to the present invention, the contaminants, such as carcasses of experimental animals, experimental devices, and excretions of experimental animals, are removed through sterilization in an enclosed space, thereby fundamentally preventing the diffusion of the contaminants. Further, the pass box is composed of the carrying-in box and the carrying-out box, thereby preventing cross-contamination due to the carrying-in and carrying-out of a single pass box. |
