摘要 The present invention relates to an electroosmosis dehydrator using a conductive new material which comprises the followings: a rotating drum which is installed to be rotated in the main body of the dehydrator; a caterpillar which is installed in the main body of the dehydrator and rotates as crawler-type status by surrounding the rotating drum in order to be separated with the rotating drum from the outside of the rotating drum; a filter belt which is transferred in between the rotating drum and the caterpillar and dehydrates the sludge; a power supply unit which energizes contrary polarity to the rotating drum and the caterpillar respectively. The rotating drum or the caterpillar is formed with a conductive material which includes more than one selected from carbon or carbon composite; grapheme or grapheme composite; carbon nanofiber; conductive fiber; conductive plastic; conductive rubber. The electroosmosis dehydrator using the conductive new material according to the present invention is formed by using the rotating drum or the caterpillar which is formed by using the conductive material which includes more than one selected from carbon or carbon composite; grapheme or grapheme composite; carbon nanofiber; conductive fiber; conductive plastic; conductive rubber; thereby improving dehydrating efficiency by not only preventing the corrosion and damage but also increasing electric conductivity.
