A dual pipe and a heat exchanger having the same are provided. The dual pipe for heat exchange includes: an inner pipe (100); an outer pipe (200) formed separately from the inner pipe (100) to house the inner pipe (100) therein; and a connector (300) coupled to the inner pipe (100) and the outer pipe (200) , wherein the connector (300) includes: an outer pipe connection portion (313) for housing an end portion of the outer pipe (200) therein; a fastening groove (311) for fastening a supply pipe of a fluid supplied to a flow path formed between the outer pipe (200) and the inner pipe (100); a stopper (314) formed at an inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe connection portion (313); and a through hole (312) having an inner circumferential surface contacting with an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe (100), wherein the inner pipe (100) is housed at the inside of the outer pipe (200), a coil portion (112) is formed in a portion positioned at the inside of the outer pipe (200), a portion extended from the coil portion (112) is extended from the inside to the outside of the connector (300) through a through hole of the connector, and an outermost portion of the coil portion (112) line contacts with an inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe (200).
