PURPOSE: A method to manufacture shape transfer resin sheets and a resin sheet are provided to prepare a surface shape transfer resin sheets with a high replication rate even in a transfer shape with a high transfer level of difficulty. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture shape transfer resin sheets comprises the steps of: preparing two or more layers of a main layer (B) closing to a shape transfer layer (A) and a rear side of the shape transfer layer composing the resin sheet surface; and making a rate of a weight-average molecular weight of the main layer relative to a weight-average molecular weight of the shape transfer layer to be 1.2 or greater. The resin sheet is a multi-layered structure having a plurality of layers to the thickness direction of the sheet.
