CONSTITUTION: A pair of primers for detecting halomonus sp. germ comprises a primer having sequence number 1 of base sequence, and a primer having sequence number 2 of base sequence. A method of detecting or measuring a fixed quantity of halomonas sp. germ comprises the step of using the pair of primers.
