Provided is a device for filtering exhaust gas using a tube type heater. According to the present invention, the device for filtering exhaust gas comprises: a metal foam heater arranged to be a hollow cylindrical form and heating exhaust gas discharged through an exhaust pipe by generating resistance heat when electricity is applied; and an outside filter arranged with a fixed distance in the outside of the metal foam heater to filter exhaust gas heated through the metal foam heater.
