The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcing device comprising: an upper plate having an equipment mounted on the upper surface thereof; a lower plate coming in contact with a floor surface on the lower part of the upper plate; a first vibration absorbing unit which is positioned in between the upper and lower plates, which is combined with and fixed in the center of the upper and lower plates, and which includes an elastic body to absorb vibration vertically generated; and a second vibration absorbing unit which is connected to the first vibration absorbing unit and which has an elastic body provided to absorb horizontal vibration. The seismic reinforcing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to protect the equipment from bearing load when the vertical and horizontal vibration is transferred simultaneously to the equipment.
