The present invention can perform a detection of an invader more easily, whereby a cable used for a crime preventing apparatus is manufactured in a flat metal form and configured to surround the entire circumference of a tube by overlapping so that the amount of charge variation is large when detecting a signal because a contact area is large. The present invention additionally mounts an optical fiber cable by forming a center of the tube to an empty space to enable being used for detecting an invader using a light.
