A shotpeening machine for the treatment of paving surfaces, comprising a shotpeening unit (A) including a feeder of the external air (2,2'), a turbine group (1,1') and a separation group composed of cyclones (4) and sieves (5) , possibly in addition an elevator (6) and a secondary engine/generator group (11) for the hydrostatic transmission; and a suction unit (B) composed of a primary autonomous engine/generator group (8') , a transmission group for the hydrostatic transmission, a box (8) , a fan, an air compressor, filters self-cleaning (9) through compressed air nozzles (10) , a control device to verify the stoppage and automatically control the washing and a reservoir to store the residual materials. The machine can be managed by a system software that controls the flow of air, powders, debris and micro-spheres, separating them, collecting the residual materials and putting the micro-spheres again in circulation, besides to set the working parameters according to the external survey. |
