Provided is a ballasting method of a floating dock. The ballasting method of a floating bock, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes the following steps of: measuring a floating dock and a block mounted on top of the floating dock; calculating management items of the block; calculating a target shift displacement of the block when the management items are out of the error range of a designed value, by comparing the calculated management items with the designed value of the block; calculating a ballasting plan for adjusting the precision of the block, according to the target shift displacement; and ballasting the floating dock according to the ballasting plan.
