A method for producing copper powder from waste of cable and wire products consists in a visual inspection of scrap and waste of cable and wire products, preparation for machining, screening, loading on a conveyor, rough grinding, magnetic separation, fine grinding, gravity separation, preliminary annealing of copper chops in an oxygen environment under the temperature of 500-800 °C, re-annealing in a hydrogen-containing environment under the temperature not below 800-850 °C, aging of not less than 90 min. grinding to powder, and copper chops, which is in a mixture with polymer crumb is subject to electrolysis in an aqueous solution. |
