FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: drill bit with washing units includes a body with an attachment thread to a drilling string, rock-breaking elements, channels to supply washing liquid to a bottomface, seats at the outlet from channels for placement of wear-resistant attachments with sealing and stop elements. At the inlet of the channel for supply of washing liquid from a nipple part to the bottom face there is a protective bushing from wear-resistant material, protruding with one side above the bottom of the hole in the nipple part of the body and having a support circular ledge at the opposite ledge, the external diameter of which is more than the diameter of the inlet channel. The attachment has in the upper part a smooth external cylindrical surface contacting with an elastic sealing ring, below on its external surface there is a side thread, and at the bottom - end ledges for a box wrench. Both end surfaces of the support circular ledge contact with elastic sealing rings, the first ring is installed in the cavity between the ledge on the wall of the inlet channel and the upper end surface of the circular ledge, the second one - between the lower end surface of the circular ledge and the upper end of the attachment. Below the attachment there is a stop check-nut with slots or holes at the end for another rotary box wrench, and the check-nut is installed on the thread in the seat wall for the attachment.EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of a drill bit with replaceable washing units.4 cl, 8 dwg |
