According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the routing apparatus comprising: a collet chuck arranged on the upper part of a substrate to be moved; two or more pressing members arranged on the collet chuck to be moved and pressing the substrate; and a spindle cutting the pressed substrate by the pressing members.
