An apparatus for extracting a heavy body is disclosed. The apparatus for extracting the heavy body according to the present invention comprises: a main frame formed to extend in a longitudinal direction; a supporter for supporting the main frame to be fixed at a set position; a pulling mechanism coupled to the main frame for pulling the heavy body in a longitudinal direction; a first clamp coupled to the main frame for supporting the pulled heavy body; and a driver for moving the main frame while supporting the heavy body.
