PURPOSE: A management device and a method thereof for ensuring the stability of a writing buffer in a storage device system using flash memory are provided to ensure nonvolatility of the writing buffer by storing log information in the nonvolatility memory. CONSTITUTION: A writing buffer unit(120) includes a log buffer to store a request message in a flash memory. A writing buffer manager stores a request page in a writing buffer. The writing buffer manager(110) stores the changed data between the request page and an existing page in the log buffer as log type by comparing the request message and the existing page. |
